As Impact Energy Services approached its 10 year milestone, we kicked off work to help the company better articulate its service offering, and provide a creative refresh that would reflect the professionalism, quality craftsmanship and standard of service that Impact is known for. Specifically - our brief was to lend credibility to the brand. To elevate Impact to the big-leagues so that it could effectively compete for much larger industrial and commercial contracts - often competing against companies double in size. To do so, we developed the brand to reflect Impact’s core values; confidence, reliability, expertise and community spirit. And to let Impact start punching above its weight. Based in West Central Saskatchewan, Impact provides electrical, instrumentation, plumbing and HVAC services across three key service sectors: Residential, Commercial, and Industrial. The biggest task at hand was to create an interactive web solution that would make the audience for each service sector feel in the right place - while providing them with the right information to instill trust, prove merit, and move them along their respective sales pipelines. The look and feel, personality, and core messaging were developed for the website but have since been implemented across all touchpoints including advertising, collateral, newsletters, corporate videos, social media, digital campaigns, fleet wraps, and with more on the horizon.

We have been working with Swank since early 2020 and have been blown away by the creativity, professionalism, and initial results achieved from the projects they’ve taken on for us.
